Pilates on the mat
Learn to empower yourself through a variety of pilates exercises.
Whether you are experienced or new to pilates, our small class sizes enables you to work to your ability, ensuring that you become more confident and stronger in your movement.
You will increase strength, muscle tone, and flexibility, as well as improved posture, balance and coordination. You will also practice your breathing technique to help with relief from stress and anxiety.
We will use a range of small equipment to assist the exercises to keep your practice interesting and fun.
This class aims to help you incorporate what you learn into your everyday life to achieve real results.

Barre Pilates
Our fun low impact Barre class is suitable for all genders, fitness levels, and abilities.
It is gentle on the joints, ligaments and spine.
The focus is on flexibility, mobility, balance, coordination and strength, using the Pilates principles of movement to ensure you are getting the most out of each exercise.
Expect exercises at the barre such as squats, and heel lifts to tone the legs and glutes.
Working with small weights to tone our upper body, and some mat work to tone the abdominals. Finishing with a cool down and some stretches
No dance experience required.

Yoga
Breathe, Stretch and Reset
Inspired by Classic Hatha Yoga poses, this class combines mindful and fluid stretches, breathwork and mobility.
Each pose is tailored to meet individual needs, release tension , and improve posture, balance and flexibility.
Suitable for all levels, the class provides a supportive space to cultivate body and mind awareness and leave you feeling refreshed and relaxed.

Qi Gong
Qi Gong is a gentle movement practice which cultivates balance and calmness.
The graceful flow combines movement with breathing, builds strength plus a sense of wellbeing, whilst also subtly toning the body.
Imagine it as moving meditation, harmonising the mind with the body.
It's origins are from the ancient Chinese masters, passed down through the centuries, and practised by all ages.

Gentle pilates
Gentle Pilates is suitable for beginners, people with conditions such as arthritis and osteoporosis, back pain, hip and knee conditions or those returning to exercise,
We will focus on breathing and slow movement, modifying Pilates exercises to suit everyone.
Expect to lie down on the mat, and some standing work. We have a barre for balance.

Yoga level 1 and 2

Combining mobility, strength, breathwork and stretches this class is perfect for all levels, whether you’re a beginner or looking to deepen your practice.
You'll challenge yourself as you work at your own level in a safe and supportive environment.
Modifications will be offered as you practice each pose. Designed to get rid of stagnant energy this class will help you to feel energized and calm.

Prenatal and Postnatal Pilates
Our Pre and Postnatal class is designed to prepare and empower people at all stages of their pre and postnatal journey. As well as working physically, we will use Pilates breathing techniques to relax, and calm the mind and body.
We will exercise lying on the mat, standing and use the Theraband to improve range of motion, to strengthen and to improve your body mobility.
Modifications will be given to suit all abilities and stages, so that you can move at your own pace.
Pilates promotes total-body alignment and which in turn helps to prevent/improve lower back pain, shoulder pain and neck issues. We will also focus on the core and pelvic floor, paying special attention to any specific issues you may have.
Please note that babies should be pre-crawling.
Alternative Art class with Eric
Practicing artist Eric offers a fun and laid back session for all skill levels, to explore and develop creativity.
The classes are designed to broaden artistic horizons using a variety of techniques and media in a supportive and encouraging environment.
Classes will vary week to week and will include and cover watercolours, pastels, charcoal, pencil and collage.

Calisthenics 11 to 17 yrs
Demitri offers a StrengthFlow class, working on hand balancing progression, push and pull fundamentals, and basic conditioning.
StrengthFlow is the notion of freedom within structure .
A fun way for participants to learn new skills and to reconnect with training as an art form.
