FAQs

Do I need experience to join a class?

Beginners can join all classes, there will be modifications and options to move at a more steady or faster pace. we want to make sure you feel comfortable  no matter your ability. You are welcome to take breaks when you need them. Our advice is to move with your mood!

 

How often should I attend classes?

We suggest at least twice a week to feel a difference in your body. But we would love to see you whenever your schedule allows.

​What should I wear?

Please come dressed to take part in the class. Anything comfortable that you can move freely in. and socks are compulsory. Please note that we do not have formal changing rooms. Although there is space to change in private.

Can I attend classes if I am pregnant?

Yes, pregnant clients are welcome in all of our classes. Please e-mail us ahead of your booking, and please get clearance from your doctor first. Be sure to let our instructors know in the class so that we can give you the appropriate modifications. 

 

What should I bring?

I would suggest bringing water to rehydrate. Mats are provided, but of course you are welcome to bring your own. You may also wish to bring a small towel.

 

Is there a toilet?

This is a grade 2 building, which we have kept as original a possible. We have a toilet which is accessed via a spiral staircase to the lower ground floor. We apologise that there is no disabled access toilet
at this time.

 

What If I am late for class?

We cannot allow for late arrivals as it requires the instructor to answer the door and to leave the class.

We suggest arriving 10 minutes before class starts so that you can speak to your instructor if you need to.

 

Cancellation policy?

We can give a credit for a future class if you cancel 4 hours ahead.

My plan/package is going to expire but I have not yet used all of my classes?

Just contact me and I can extend your plan.
