About the event
The word equinox comes from the Latin aequus (equal) and nox (night), it marks the moment when day and night stand in perfect balance before the light begins to wane. It’s a moment of reflection, a time to harvest what we’ve sown and prepare for the slower season ahead.
Together, we’ll dive into a sound journey where the vibrations of the crystal and Himalayan bowls will help the nervous system to relax, the mind to calm, and the body to soften.
This is an invitation to pause, let go of what feels heavy and tune in with the rhythm of nature’s cycles.
Come as you are and leave feeling spacious, relaxed, and restored.
This 75-minute session combines yoga, breathwork, and sound healing.
For the first 20 minutes, you’ll be guided through a gentle yoga sequence and breath practices designed to release tension, ease the nervous system, and calm the mind. Options and modifications will be offered to suit your pace and ability.
Then you’ll be invited you into deep rest with the therapeutic sound of Himalayan and crystal bowls, leaving you nourished and renewed.
All props are provided — simply wear comfortable clothing.
