What to Expect:

The evening begins with an individual reiki power smudge as you enter the space, followed by an oracle card selection. A guided meditation focusing on your Chakras—seven key energy centers from the spine’s base to the crown—will help quiet the mind and ground the body. You will be served pure ceremonial-grade cacao, celebrated for its heart-opening properties and its ability to unlock inner wisdom and healing.

Preparation and Guidance:

• Avoid heavy meals 2-3 hours before the ceremony and arrive hydrated.

• Refrain from caffeine and alcohol on the day to maximise cacao’s benefits.

• Bring water, comfortable floor-sitting attire, a blanket for extra comfort, and optionally, a crystal to charge.

• A journal or device (in flight mode) is recommended for noting intentions, oracle card insights, and reflections from your sound journey.
