About the event
Diwali (or Deepavali in Sanskrit, meaning “row of lights”), the Festival of Lights, falls between October and November on the darkest new moon night; it is a time to honour the triumph of light and knowledge over darkness and the renewal of hope.
Join us to celebrate the light within, with this 75 minute practice that blends gentle stretches, breathwork and sound healing and let the frequencies of the Koshi Chimes, crystal and Himalayan bowls guide your body and mind into stillness, so that you can feel fully relaxed and welcome clarity, joy and new beginnings.
All props are provided -simply wear comfortable clothing.
