What to Expect
You will be guided into a state of deep relaxation through grounding breathwork, fostering mental calmness. You will experience individual Reiki through gentle touch, enabling your body to release tension and prepare to absorb the powerful healing frequencies of the gongs.
The gongs will be accompanied by other healing vibrations from tuning forks, promoting deeper rest to Tibetan bowls and swing chimes. You will then be gently guided back from your journey with grounding sequences using crisp sounding shakers.
