This is an opportunity to allow space for you to feel held and nurtured, allowing your body and mind to feel nourished and restored and for your heart to connect with a deeper sense of gratitude and love within.
What to expect
You’ll be guided into a space of deep relaxation with grounding breathwork to support you with creating a calmness in the mind. You will then receive individual reiki, through a gentle touch as your body releases on all levels and feels ready to receive the powerful healing frequencies of the gongs, interspersed with tuning fork vibrations to help restore inner balance. Following the gong bath, you will be guided back from your journey with grounding sequences of shakers and chimes.
