Meet the instructors

Yvonne
I trained with Stott Pilates in London. The original method, based on modern principles of exercise and rehabilitation. I am also certified to teach pre and post natal pilates, and Barre . In my Barre class I love to use Pilates principles to get the most out of each movement.
My teaching style is about keeping the class fun, yet personally challenging, creating an environment where everyone feels encouraged to meet their personal goals.

Christina
QIgong instructor
After 30 years of practicing yoga and pilates, I became a devotee of Qigong in lockdown and was so inspired by the positive transformation in my own life, I began teaching 4 years ago to share the benefits with others.
I use a mixture of traditional nourishing forms with my own flow practice to suit the modern world.
Anastasia
Yoga Instructor
I started my yoga journey 8 years ago and and have explored a wide range of yoga techniques and styles over the years, with a particular focus on Ashtanga, Vinyasa flows, Jivamukti, and Dharma.
I have deepened my knowledge by completing a Vinyasa Yoga Teacher Training.
Whether teaching a faster-paced, dynamic power flow, or creating slower more restorative sequences, I like to ensure that my classes are accessible for all levels, offering variations and options.
