Bring your baby to a welcoming and calm environment, where you will strengthen and lengthen your body, working at your own pace. Promoting total-body alignment which will in turn helps to prevent/improve lower back pain, shoulder pain and neck issues. We will also focus on the core and pelvic floor.

About the event
Postnatal Pilates classes are designed to accommodate your changing body and incorporate and lengthening stretching to ease the aches and pains after birth and through the early stages of parenthood . We understand that carrying, settling and feeding a small baby can really take a toll on your body.
Our classes will incorporate exercises to mobilise your joints, to help your tired muscles while also rebuilding your strength - especially your core strength. We will also work on the Pelvic floor muscles, and finish our session with a warm drink, and a chance to talk to others in our group.
Whether it’s your first baby or your fourth baby, we understand that it can be challenging to fit classes around your baby and older children if you have them. Finding Mum and Carer Pilates class is often essential for you to be able to exercise!
