December Gong Sound Bath with Reiki

There is a moment, each year, when the light begins to turn. The long brightness of summer softens, the evenings draw in, and the year takes its first quiet breath inward.

This immersive healing session combines the vibrational medicine of a live gong sound bath with the energy work of Reiki. Together, they form a deeply grounding experience — soothing your nervous system, settling the mind, and releasing what has run its course, so that your body, mind and spirit can arrive fully in the season to come.

Ideal for those carrying the fullness of a busy summer, or anyone feeling ready to release, complete, and begin again as the year turns inward.

Simply arrive, lie down, and allow yourself to let go.

What to Expect

You will be gently guided into deep relaxation through grounding breathwork, settling the mind and softening the body. From there, individual Reiki is offered through gentle touch — releasing held tension and preparing you to receive the healing frequencies of the gongs.

The sound journey unfolds through layers of vibrational medicine: gongs, tuning forks, Tibetan bowls and wind chimes, each carrying you deeper into stillness. You will then be slowly and tenderly guided back — grounded and present — with the crisp, earthy tones of shakers to close the circle.
