About the event

This workshop will be focused on the heart which is related to the fire element and summer and its when we can feel creative, expansive and joyous;  but when out of balance it can make us feel restless, anxious and withdrawn.  Openness is an important quality of fire, as well as love, love between friends, love for nature, love can simply be cooking your favourite meal or creating a window box. But at times, when we have been hurt or disappointed, it can feel as though your heart is breaking;  its important to build and maintain a steady flame that keeps our body and heart warm and that we can overcome these sad and unknowing times and open up to all that life can offer. We can use Qigong to nourish the heart to help us feel more relaxed, content and at ease and able to think more clearly;  the smooth…
