This is an opportunity to unwind your body and mind after the daily hustle, allowing you to feel nourished and restored as you immerse yourself in the present moment.
By releasing the heaviness of the past Winter season, we can step into a lighter, more rejuvenated state.
What to expect
You’ll be guided into a space of deep relaxation with grounding breathwork to support you with creating a calmness in the mind. You will then receive individual reiki, through a gentle touch as your body releases on all levels and feels ready to receive the powerful healing frequencies of the gong. Following the gong bath, you will be guided back from your journey with grounding sequences of shakers and chimes.
